Rey Cosplay

I finally got around to taking photos of my Rey Cosplay, which I have come to really, really love. I thank the costume designers of TFA so much for taking cosplay into consideration and giving Rey a costume that can be (somewhat easily) replicated for the use of fans. it is so much fun to go to conventions and interact with the dozens of other fans cosplaying as Rey!

Amazing Rings from My Secret Wood

I found this website called My Secret Wood through my love of rings and I have to say that I think these are some of the coolest rings I have ever seen. I am just obsessed with how they almost seem to look like miniature fantasy kingdoms suspended in glass.

I feel like these could also be used for many fantasy/magic OC cosplays. Overall, they're just gorgeous and I would love to get one of these someday.

Guillermo del Toro:At Home with Monsters

For those of you who somehow haven't head about this, there is currently an art exhibit curated by director Guillermo del Toro at LACMA. If you live anywhere near Los Angeles (or Toronto, as it will be going there next year) then GO TO THIS. Seriously. it is one of the most fascinating things I've ever seen.

Even if you aren't familiar with del Toro's work (Cronos, Hellboy, Pan's Labyrinth, Pacific Rim, Crimson Peak) this exhibit is a must see. In it you will find countless artifacts from movies, books, artists, costumes, lifelike-replicas of Frankenstein's Monster and Edgar Alan Poe, and thats barely any of it. With all the hidden details and insane pieces of art, one could easily spend an entire day walking around this exhibit. I don't want to spoil it all, but I highly recommend going here ASAP.

If you really don't want spoilers, stop here, as pictures are below.
